The Free Trade Union Association of Owners of the Domaine de l'Escalet.
The ASLPDE, created on April 25, 1959, aims to manage
n, the surveillance and maintenance of the common parts of the subdivision, excluding the private parts, more particularly the roads created, the installations, the works, the networks, the common areas, as well as the development and improvement of the said subdivision.
The Association also aims to defend the common moral and material goals and interests of the subdivision.
The Headquarters of the Association are located
344 Serpentine Avenue,
Domain of Escalet
83350 Ramatuelle.
The following administrative bodies are responsible for its operation:
the general Assembly,
the syndicate,
President.
The General Assembly is made up of all the members of the Association who own one or more lots on the Estate suitable for the construction of dwellings.
Any owner of a numbered lot is a member by right and obligation of the ASLPDE.
The Syndicate is made up of six members appointed by AGO, renewable by thirds every 3 years.
At the end of the Annual Meeting, the Syndicate elects from among its members:
a president,
a Vice President,
a Treasurer,
Secretary.
The Syndicate meets, according to a schedule decided upon when the Syndicate was formed, under the direction of the President, at the place designated by him. If necessary, the President may bring the Syndicate together outside of the schedule mentioned above.
The Syndicate carries out all ordinary work and maintenance of the common areas, excluding the private areas. He also has all extraordinary works decided by the General Assembly carried out. It orders the execution of all works which would be urgent, except to refer as soon as possible to the General Assembly.
The President acts on behalf of the Association in its best interests. To this end, he signs all acts, makes all commitments, makes all declarations, provides all documents and plans, certifies them as true, undertakes in the name of the Association to pay all costs
